we like jenna bush for being her own person. she bucked the bush system by attending the university of texas at austin, has done time doing international charitable work, teaches at a public school and has written a book. now she’s proved that she’s got her own mind when it comes to picking candidates. couldn’t you just imagine her saying ‘john mccain? uweee, he’s old!’

chelsea clinton, who sort of grew up in the white house, is now 27 and her parents apparently still want to fiercly shield their daughter from the media spotlight. the women, who now i believe works for a hedge fund, refused an interview to a 9 year old girl, reporting on the iowa caucuses for scholastic. is this another part of hillary rodham clinton’s paranoia about the press?

remember scholastic? these days, in the u.s., they’re better known as the publisher of the harry potter books. but they provide a lot of quality learning books and tools for teachers and kids. in the 1970s, they published the magazine dynamite for pre-teens.
