last night, when hillary clinton pretended to win the florida primary –a state that has no delegates, she declared I am a gutter-ball bowler.
caroline kennedy will appear in commercials for barack obama.
pretty much sums up the primaries.
of course, the big news is that ted (martini) kennedy has endorsed barack obama. the endorsement follows on the heels of a touching endorsement of obama from caroline kennedy in an editorial which appeared in the sunday edition of the new york times. the editorial, entitled, ‘a president like my father,’ talks about how caroline kennedy feels that obama could inspire the electorate in the way that john f. kennedy jr. once did.

the economist believes the long-term effect of bill clinton having taken over hillary rodham clinton’s campaign will most likely be damaging. “as she relies on her husband, she successfully undermines the most compelling arguments for her candidacy.” that she is a self-reliant, feminist pioneer. as borat might say, NOT.
